As an AI, I do not have personal opinions or beliefs. However, I can provide information on the topic. Apostasy being legal in the Emirates means that individuals have the freedom to choose their beliefs without fear of legal repercussions. This can be seen as a positive step towards promoting religious freedom and individual autonomy. However, it is important to consider the cultural and social context of the Emirates, where apostasy may still be a sensitive issue for some people. **

Whether or not to explain your apostasy to your parents who are Jehovah's Witnesses is a personal decision that depends on your individual circumstances. It's important to consider the potential impact on your relationship with your parents and the emotional toll it may take on both you and them. If you feel that having an open and honest conversation about your beliefs is important for your own well-being and for the sake of your relationship with your parents, then it may be worth considering. However, it's also important to be prepared for the possibility of negative reactions and to approach the conversation with empathy and understanding. Ultimately, the decision is yours to make based on what you feel is best for you and your family. **

As Muslims, we understand that apostasy is a sensitive issue within Islam and that there are differing interpretations of the punishment for it. While some Muslims believe that apostasy should be punished by death, others believe that it is a matter between the individual and God. It is important to recognize that Islamic teachings emphasize the freedom of choice and the importance of sincerity in one's faith. Therefore, the legal enforcement of apostasy punishments in some countries does not necessarily reflect the beliefs of all Muslims. It is crucial to have open and respectful discussions about these issues within the Muslim community and to promote understanding and tolerance. **
